Lindsay Mercer

Printmaker, Sewer, and Forager

My work is a manifestation of my relationships with places and puts the materials, the landscape and community on display. The materials I use are what I have access to: plants that grow nearby, paper found in dumpsters, or scrap metal you find on the side of the road. I forage for my materials and use what is plentiful and what is excess.
